Provider change? It's so easy!

From time to time it may happen that people become unsatisfied with their current service provider and may think about to change. Did you know, that to change from your current service provider to a new one is easier than you ever believed it is? As we are dealing for you with the entire transfer matter you can be completely peace of mind that your web site remains online without any interruption and no e-Mails will go lost. This page delivers all the necessary information what you need to know about such a domain and service transfer and how we deal with those matters.

What YOU need to do.

  1. Send a termination notice in writing to your current provider. For your convenience we have already prepared for you such a letter which you can download below (Form-PCS-Termination-Letter).

  2. You must 'unlock' the domain you wish to transfer to us (only if necessary, depends on your current provider).

  3. Provide us with the domain authorization key (Auth-Code) which you can obtain from your current provider, mostly over the web administration facility.

  4. If you decide to go for our free of charge extended provider change service (PCSE), you need to complete the form 'Form-PCSE-Extended' and return it to us by fax.

  What WE do for you.

  1. We file your personal details as new client to our records.

  2. Depending on the order details we have received from you, we setup your hosting tariff completely ready for use and pass all relevant personal access details to you by eMail.

  3. As soon we have received the domain authorisation code we will initiate the transfer to us. Note: In order to ensure a smooth provider change process, we do only start the transfer when everything on our site is ready for use. Thus, it is quite unlikely that your web site will become unavailable for a certain time.

  4. In case your current provider refuses to release your domain for a transfer to us we will contact him in order to make our feelings very clear.

  5. If you benefit from our extended provider change service we will take care of your entire web site files, databases and mailboxes to have them transferred to our systems.

Won't wait any longer?
You can start now even without an auth-code!
